But First ...

Once again memory gaps are filled in and spackled® over with the J.P. Patches Multimedia history first published on the "J. P. Patches Desktop Set for Windows" CD-ROM by Attic Studios and the fascinating book "J.P. Patches *Northwest Icon*" by Julius Pierpont Patches & Bryan Johnston.

And while we're at it ... let's give a big hand to the Internet!

If it weren't for the tireless efforts of countless individuals doing laborious and time-consuming research for their own websites ... It wouldn't be possible to copy and paste their hard wrought information onto these pages.

And ... I'm not done yet.

Think of "The Show" as a work in progress that will grow over time as new material is added. So remember ... Check back every 15 minutes for updates!!!

Throughout this section there'll be footnotes galore linking to sites where you can see from whence I stole.

Some of the sites devoted to the history of cartoons and cartoon series are incredibly expansive. They're huge! You could easily get lost in there ... you might want to pack a lunch.

Have Fun,

"Who, when he saw the first sand or ashes, by a casual intenseness of heat, melted into a metalline form, rugged with excrescences, and clouded with impurities, would have imagined, that in this shapeless mass would turn into smething useful like a glass? Neat huh? I mean without glasses we couldn't see or have anything to put Kool-Aid in!
